Daniel Pedraza is experienced in complex commercial litigation, international arbitration, and white collar regulatory defense and investigations.

Daniel is an associate in the firm’s Litigation, Trials & Appeals Group. Before joining Sherman & Howard, Daniel was an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP.

During law school, Daniel spent a semester as a law clerk for Senator Chris Coons in Washington, D.C., and served as president of the Columbia Public Interest Law Foundation and as notes editor for the Columbia Journal of Race and Law. He was also recognized as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar for superior academic achievement and received the Parker School Recognition of Achievement in International and Comparative Law.
