Allison Burke enjoys learning about each of her clients and every aspect of their business so she can tailor her representation specifically to each client’s needs.
She focuses her practice on insurance recovery and insurance litigation, and helping policyholders obtain the coverage and benefits provided for in their insurance contracts. She also represents public and private entities and individuals in a broad range of litigation matters, including class actions, probate disputes, and real estate and commercial contract disputes. Allison performs extensive legal research and analysis to craft strategies that further the goals of her clients.
Responsive and relatable, her clients appreciate the fact she takes the time to get to know them and asks questions to better understand their goals and desired outcomes. The relationships she builds feel like partnerships. She is an advocate for her clients in every aspect.
