August 28, 2017 – Law Week Colorado interviewed Sherman & Howard’s CEO, Greg Densen for comment in the article “Breaking Old Ground.”

Microsoft announced that it would be shifting 90 percent of its legal work to alternative fee arrangements within two years.  With the announcement has come a variety of opinions on how the legal industry will be impacted.  From Sherman & Howard’s perspective, Mr. Densen believes that alternative fee arrangements will continue due to the different forms they can take.  “Microsoft’s decision sounds like a change, but it really reflects something that firms like Sherman & Howard have been thinking about for quite a long time,” said Greg.
