• General business advice to corporate clients including entity formation, officer and director fiduciary duties, governance matters, stock sale, purchase, and exchange agreements, shareholder, member interest and contribution agreements.
• Formation of managing limited liability companies, operational and related agreements in connection with airline fuel consortiums.
• Assist non-profit companies and associations with governance, compliance, and policy development.
