Matthew Morrison is an Associate in Sherman & Howard’s Labor and Employment Department. His experience covers a wide array of labor and employment issues. He defends citations before the federal Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission and state-plan occupational safety and health boards, and he also advises employers on occupational safety and health compliance, OSHA inspections and citations, and the development of safety and health programs. In addition, he arbitrates labor disputes and represents employers in federal and state courts in cases arising under Title VII, the FLSA, the ADA, and other EEO statutes.
