In a profession where linear thinking can be the norm, Mark Williams is distinct. His around-the-corner thinking, along with more than 35 years of practice experience enable him to use his energy to change the future for his clients.

Mark’s personable approach, whether you’re a client or a colleague, makes him a trusted and loyal adviser with a reputation for taking tough, unique situations and simplifying them to get results.

He provides guidance to large national and international corporations, regional businesses and entrepreneurial ventures on wide-ranging litigation, general business, and transactional matters.

Mark serves as trial counsel and adviser on large-figure, corporate governance, officer and director liability, business tort, commercial, financial institution, and telecommunications matters. He represents clients in federal and state trial and appellate courts, as well as in arbitrations and mediations. He acts as counsel to clients facing regulatory proceedings before federal, state, and local government agencies. Regarded for his knowledge, skill, and reputation for fairness, he is also frequently selected as an arbitrator in complex cases.

He also provides strategic business advice and conducts legal audits, risk assessments, internal investigations, and litigation analysis.

Mark helps clients achieve workable solutions to business disputes. He takes a proactive approach when advising clients, devising strategies to manage risk and help clients achieve economic predictability, value, and results.

When Mark is faced with a new matter, his primary focus is the result his client needs. He envisions the outcome and works his way backward to determine the most effective and efficient strategy. As both a trial lawyer and adviser, Mark is often retained because of his ability to help clients steer clear of risk and toward success in their dealings. He is focused on getting results in a professional, ethical, strategic, and efficient manner. He is a trustworthy and loyal advocate to his clients, friends, and family.
